How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and its data. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on the account and we’ll delete it for you.

I paid but my subscription isn’t showing

Open the upgrade screen — it appears when you tap a Pro feature, such as Focus Lock in Settings or the AI goal planner — and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you’re signed in to the same one you bought with. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with the date of purchase.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple, not through us. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Praxis, and cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.

My reminders aren’t showing up

Praxis schedules reminders as local notifications on your device. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Praxis and make sure Allow Notifications is on. If notifications are enabled and reminders still don’t fire, email us and tell us the time you expected one.

How does the AI goal planner work?

When you create a goal, Praxis asks a few clarifying questions and sends your goal text and answers to Google’s Gemini API to build a plan and calendar. Please don’t enter sensitive personal information into the planner. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do accountability partners work?

Send a friend request from the Social tab. Once accepted, you can promote a friend to an accountability partner, which lets them see the progress you choose to share and send you nudges. Your content is private by default.
